I work with awareness in our bodies, our emotions, and intellects. My physical experience is rooted in extreme outdoor sports, which I combine with EEG-based brain training. My main emotional tools are hypnotherapy, dreamwork, and regression. Overlaying all of this is each person's story, personality, and personal goals. We do a fair amount of talking, but most of our work takes us beyond what's considered normal, sane, and regular.
